💪 Strength-Based Bootcamps
Build real-world strength using dumbbells, kettlebells, sandbags, and sleds. These classes focus on functional movement, power, and lean muscle—ideal for obstacle course prep and everyday performance.

🏋️ Hybrid Race Prep Classes
Train like it’s race day. These sessions blend running intervals with DEKA, Spartan, and HYROX-style stations such as sleds, carries, wall balls, and lunges. You’ll sharpen your speed, strategy, and mental grit.

🥾 Trail Treks & Spartan Conditioning
Take your training outdoors with trail-based events like our Blue Mountain Trek, inspired by the infamous Palmerton “Death March.” These sessions help you conquer hills, uneven terrain, and fatigue under pressure.
