At NYAC Fitness, we are committed to providing high-quality training experiences, programs, and events. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to handle cancellations and refunds in a fair and transparent way for both our clients and our coaching team.

Please read our Refund and Returns policy below before making a purchase or booking a class or event. Check out our schedule here.


💳 Digital Programs & Custom Training Plans

All sales of digital products, including custom training programs, downloadable materials, and online coaching plans, are final and non-refundable. Because these programs are tailored to individual goals and delivered digitally, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once they have been purchased and delivered.


🏋️ Classes & Bootcamps

Single Session Bookings:

  • You may cancel a class up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours of the session start are non-refundable due to limited space and staffing.

Multi-Session Packages / Passes:

  • Unused sessions within a multi-class package may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a small administrative fee.

  • Packages are non-transferable and expire based on the terms outlined at the time of purchase.


🥾 Special Events

Event registrations (e.g., race prep workshops, and specialty clinics) may be refunded only if cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as space is limited and preparation is required in advance.

  • If NYAC Fitness cancels an event due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.


📩 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at in**@*********ss.com with your full name, order number (if applicable), and reason for the request. We’ll respond within 2 business days.


⚠️ Additional Terms

  • NYAC Fitness reserves the right to deny a refund if the request falls outside the terms of this policy.

  • Repeat cancellations or abuse of refund requests may result in the loss of future booking privileges.

  • All refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.
